5 months!

oh the funny things you do: you are now sticking your tongue out...all the time..and you think it is really funny! You know people are laughing at you and doing it back. your hair has fallen, so much so that it is in your eyes. Its funny when you are tired and rub your head and your hair goes everywhere. You have learned not to pull it though. you yell a lot. Its pretty funny. Right before you sneeze you yell. you dont like having your nails trimmed. you can roll from front to back and back to front. You kind of crawl with your head and shoulders on the ground and your legs pushing you forward. It makes for lots of carpet/blanket/floor eating.. you cat nap like no one else. 30min here, 45 min there. Its a good thing and a bad thing. I have created it though with all our running around. Every morning you go to the YMCA childwatch while I work out and hang out with Mike. He is a large hispanic guy with dreadlocks and a beard and the two of you rock and rock and sleep:) you are laughing at Mia all the time, especially when she splashes in the tub or we play peek-a-boo. you suck your bottom lip still rubbing your feet together I think you are right handed you like to bite my face and knuckles with your gums you weigh around 16lbs. I think the breastfeeding has come to an end. I just dont have enough milk. You love to nurse so I give it to you all the time but you get most of your nutrition from a bottle. we love you

4 month favorites

Hey baby! You are changing so much! Here they are in no particular favorite order;) - you growl like a baby dinosaur! It is so cute, especially because you do it when you are happy. You also have just discovered you can blow bubbles with your lips and you love to do it. -you rub your feet together. I love it - you smile SOOO much. you even started laughing a bit if I get rough with you and tickle your chest - you love the water. you've been swimming lots of times already and you just relaxxxxx - you feel so big when you stand on your legs. You get this look of accomplishment - you watch TV already. crap. - you watch Mia all day and find her amusing for the most part -you chew on your hands alot. and drool alot - your hair and face is such a show stopper. People stop me all over the place to comment on your wild hair and your beauty -you weigh 14.5 pounds - you hate to have stuff on your head or touching your head. you also hate when you cant get your hands out of a blanket or if anything is in your face - you tuck your thumb in between your pointer and middle finger on both hands - when you want something and have been patiently waiting just to have me set you down for one more second while I do one last thing you get VERY mad, but mostly sad. Big tears and all. I love this sensitive side of you. Mama and daddy love you so so much

Sweet Girl

Hi Darling, You are growing so fast! I cant believe you will be 3 months next week! Time goes so fast and I just want to hold and cuddle with you all the time. Right now you are laying in my chest having a little snooze before your night feed and bed. You are such a sweetheart. Even at this young age, I can tell that you are a sweetheart and have a disposition that is so loveable and kind. You are smiling and cooing at us, which I just love. You watch Mia all day and think she is great. I put you in the bumbo seat on the floor in your room and Mia has a tea party with you, feeds you all sorts of pretend foods and tries to put you to sleep! You love to take showers/bathes, really you like to do anything- very easy going. I dont seem to be making quite enough milk but you are very offended when I try to give you a bottle! Every once in awhile you will do it. Your hair is a show stopper. I cant go anywhere without being stopped multiple times while people talk/touch/stand in awe of your awesome hair. It is so wild! Your hips are getting better. We will do another ultrasound this week to see if you we can have the brace just 12 hours a day instead of 18, which is what we are doing now. The right hip is fixed and the left is on the way. You sleep for 12 hours and only wake up once! That makes for a happy mommy! You found your hand recently and suck on it all the time. You are such a relaxed, easy going baby. I hope it is telling of what the future holds! We just went to Utah for the holidays and you were held by lots of people all day long! You were the highlight of every party and outing. I love you so much and your dad does too. Mia is always making sure she knows where you are and if I go outside she always asks if you are coming and makes sure you are covered up. Its very cute. All my love mom

Baby Blessing

Hi Baby girl, Here is a few of the items that were in your baby blessing that your father gave you. It was on 01/01/12 at the Weller household. We surprised the family and flew from Austin to Utah on Christmas Eve. It was a BIG surprise. We blessed you on New Year's day with lots of family there. One special thing was your relatives from South America were able to come: Pinki and her whole family and Uncle Steve. You wore the same dress that Mia wore. It is also the dress that your cousin Cambrie wore. It was lovely and brief. You were crying a little bit until dad started talking and then you stopped. Your dad even got a little emotional, which is rare! You were blessed with health and development. You are blessed to come to a family with the gospel. Your Heavenly Father loves you. You are blessed with the spirit of peace. You will bless your siblings, brothers and sisters. You have many important things to do and friends to have in this life. We love you so so much

Welcome!

Happy Birthday! You are here! Early! You came 3 weeks early and boy were we suprised. I'm so glad you did though, because you were a big girl, weighing in at 8lbs, 5 ounces at 10:10am on 10/16/2011. I labored for a short time and pushed 3 times and you wiggled your way out. Everyone was so happy and impressed because you came vaginally, which was considered a VBAC and is somewhat unusual. All your dark hair is a traffic stopper! People cant believe how much there is and that it stands straight up. I love it too. I had a few complications after that were mostly annoying and didnt effect you at all. Lucky for us, we had lots of help from neighbors to feed us and play with Mia so I could recover and take care of you. Then grandma Tami came and all was taken care of. You have hip dysplasia on the left side and a little on the right. We have you in a brace that you dont seem to care about. You will wear it for a few months and all should be well! It doesnt hurt you or anything like that, it just keeps you in the frog legged position. 2 weeks after you came, we flew to Utah for your great grandfather's funeral- Darrell. It was a sad occasion but everyone was so happy to see you- this perfect little angel from God. For now, we are just loving you up and adjusting to life with two kiddos. Mia loves you so so much and always wants to kiss you and asks you if you are hungry or cranky or if you want to read books with her. I love you so much. You are a blessing from heaven.

weeks 20-32

10 weeks of stuff to post. Not going ot happen. Here is what I know lots more contractions this go round. Not painful but definitely present and makes me worried. They have calmed down a lot recently. Baby moved around SO SO much for about 8 weeks. So much so, makes me worry something is wrong. Now she is more calm and it makes me worry on the other end! Maybe I just need to stop worrying all together. All tests have been fine. Starting to get a bit light headed when standing or moving to fast. Started up around week 30. Have crazy back pain in ileo/sacral area. If I bend over too much or carry Mia or sit on the ground I hurt pretty bad. Also hurts if I pop my back. Its on the right side. That is about all it seems. Too busy with Mia to pay attention, which is probably good. Oh wait, I itch this week. All over, cant get to sleep, etc. Also am constipated and have a bit of reflux this past week.

Pregnancy Health Tracker

Week 6- mysterious discharge mistaken for an embryo

week 8- morning sickness. pretty sick if I dont eat every 2-3 hours

Week 10- morning sickness much less. Breasts noticably growing. Emotional- mostly ornery. Feel like Im showing ALOT. Can still wear normal clothes though.

week 11-12- Sick to stomach most of the time. need to eat frequently. Had dr. appt. and baby looks fine. Have to listen very low to get a HB

week 13-15- Jeans are tight at button, especially after a big meal! Bought some maternity clothes in utah and love them:) Told the family at 13 weeks. It was great. Mia now says "baby tummy" and point to my belly

week 15-17- Veins in back of right leg have popped out. I call in a blue vine instead of a red vine. Not painful at first but now they hurt sometimes and get really annoying. Also feel like my hip is out of place or something, causing leg pain. Some headaches but not too bad. Noticeably pregnant but everyone is shocked when I tell them how far along I am, which makes me feel super! Have to stand up slowly if bent at the waist or I get a sharp, stretching ligament like pain. Super emotional this week. Feel like a terrible parent. Sleeping great with some very weird dreams. Lots of breastfeeding other peoples babies. Stomach actually starting to feel tight instead of chubby:) Thought I may have felt the baby moving around the past few days. Seems like it was a lot later the first time around so Im not sure about that. Felt like the sickness stuff was getting better but it is really bad in the morning about 20 minutes after I eat. LIke I have to sit down and get away from the site of food. Had Dr. appt. and opted for the 2nd part of the early screening (missed the one at 12 weeks). Just a simple blood test. Will find out gender if a few weeks! Still doesnt seem real. People find out or say congrats and it doesnt seem like it is really happening. I cant explain it but something is totally different as far as my perception and the reality of it. I'll figure it out I guess.

Weeks 18 and 19- no vein pain, yay! Think it helps to avoid sitting for long periods of time. Feeling the baby ALOT. Seems so much more active this time around. Getting trapped gas at night that is waking me up and I pretty much throw myself out of bed and walk around, pee, and it seems to go away. Not enough room in there I guess. Early screening was normal. Seem to be doing fine. Tummy starting to hang when I lay on my side at night, but not too bad. 20 week u/s and appt. this friday! Jaime is having a boy. We shall see. Im working 3 days a week this summer so Im pretty tired, not going to lie.
